We are an independent network of agents and brokers throughout Southern California that specializes in both Real Estate and Property Management. We do not pay a franchise fee which lowers our company expenses, and allows us to pay our agents higher commission splits.
What will it cost to get started?
There are NO startup fees. However, you may want to place an order for business cards, and For Sale and Open House Signs.
Can I get broker support when I need it?
Yes, the company broker is available 24/7 and can be reachable by phone, email, text message or at the office.
Can I negotiate sales commissions for my clients?
Yes, you determine the total fee's for all your transactions. You are free to discount or rebate a portion of your commission on real estate. This pricing freedom should help you be extremely competitive in today's marketplace. Property management fees are set by the company and cannot be negotiated with your client.
What about signs and business cards?
All Royal Crown Real Estate agents must use our trademark name and logo on all promotional/marketing material. We have agreements with business card, envelope, letterhead and sign companies. You will receive all ordering forms upon sign up. You can create your own promotional/marketing materials but they have to be approved by our management.
We instruct the escrow company to pay you directly, providing that all files have been cleared through compliance. You will receive the commission right away. You don't have to wait for us to process the check in our bank account. You will be paid as an Independent Contractor, and will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.
Do you offer training for inexperienced agents?
We will show you how to get more business and withstand a fluctuating economy. Our Education Department offers courses, self-training program seminars, resources center and audio and video cassettes that focus on sharing knowledge and techniques proven to dramatically improve the productivity and profitability of Sales Associates, Managers and staff. Whether you are a new Sales Associate or an experienced professional, we have meaningful training programs for you.
What is required to join Royal Crown Real Estate?
You must have a valid California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker's license.
