Meet Our Team of Professionals

Sergei serves as the primary coordinator between owners and their tenants. He is responsible for responding to tenant inquiries, initiating landlord to tenant notices and correspondence. Sergei directs and oversees the accounting and administrative staff of our Company.

Gary serves as the primary coordinator of the ‘physical’ responsibilities for the properties managed. He works closely with the appropriate vendors and contractors, overseeing tenant improvements, and coordinating work schedules with the general contractor and their subs. Gary oversees the day-to-day responses to building issues, supervises and directs our team of property managers.

Linda began her career with Royal Crown Real Estate 3 years ago and is the primary financial contact for all of our owners. Linda is detail oriented and focuses on the day to day financial analysis and reporting for each property. Linda oversees the entire accounting staff.

As a Director of Marketing, Irina is responsible for all aspects of our marketing efforts. Prior to joining Royal Crown Real Estate in 2010, she spent 2 years experience in marketing, sales and customer service at the well known property management company in Las Vegas; she also worked as a closer for and as Customer Service Manager at salmon distributor company in Las Vegas. Irina also provides office and management support.

William has been with Royal Crown Real Estate for over 3 years. He focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, vendors and owners. He responds daily to service calls, works with vendor/contractor scheduling, tenant maintenance issues and handles a portfolio of over 17 properties, including two of our largest client owned properties.

Adele recently joined Royal Crown Real Estate and has been focusing on tenant/vendor insurance files, assisting with the preparation of properties to put on the market for rent or sale and assisting the broker with daily tasks.

Giovana has been working in various departments of the company since 2008. Her current position focuses on handling all aspects of both property management and sales. She also assists the accounting department in various financial tasks.

Gabe joined Royal Crown Real Estate over 2years ago and is our primary Realtor for our Income Properties. Gabe is a conscientious, detail-oriented professional who provides his clients with thorough and accurate reports, recommendations and property inspections.

Valentina has been with Royal Crown Real Estate for over 3 month. She focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, vendors and owners.
